PAYMENT

We accept MasterCard & Visa. All items must be paid for in full on order placement.

RECEIPT OF ORDER CONFIRMATION

You will receive an Order Confirmation email as soon as you have placed an order. Please keep it in a safe place as your information may be needed from it in any correspondence.

If you do not receive this email please contact info@studiofestinalente.com so that I may confirm that your order has been placed successfully.

PRICES

Our prices are shown in Euros.
For deliveries within EU, the local VAT rate will be applied.
For deliveries outside of EU, VAT will not be applied.
The freight costs will be added to the price according to the destination and the package volume.

For B2B, please inform with me for more information about applied VAT.

PORTRAYAL OF PRODUCTS

While every effort has been made to portray items accurately, slight variations may occur.

All measurements quoted are approximate and the reproduction of colours is as accurate as photographic and publishing processes will allow.

Please note there may be variations in colours dependant on the calibration and settings of individual screens.

AVAILABILITY

All items are subject to availability.

We will inform you as soon as possible if goods you have ordered are no longer available.

RETURNS

If you are unhappy with a product for any reason, just send it back to us (with the original packaging) and we will exchange, replace, or credit the cost against a future purchase.

Please contact us quoting your invoice number, no later than 28 days from the date you receive your purchase, stating that you will return the item including the original packaging. Provided the item is in saleable condition, we will exchange or replace the item(s) or credit the amount against a future purchase, along with any standard delivery charges*.

You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us, and will remain responsible for any and all returned goods until they reach the store. We strongly advise that a proof of postage certificate should be obtained when returning any part of your order. Certificates are available free of charge from the post office.

Returns and exchanges will be processed as soon as possible after arrival.

Credit can be used against your next order, both online and with telephone orders.
